Overview
AGENT was developed for the TIKIM Division at Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I TPI Bandar Lampung to consolidate daily agenda records, staff assignments, and recurring institutional reports in one centralized system.
Problem Solved
Replaced manual spreadsheet logging with a structured database, simplified employee schedule tracking, and automated the compilation of monthly PDF and Excel reports.
Target Users
Immigration structural officers, TIKIM division staff, and office secretariats.
System Architecture
Decoupled architecture with a Python Django REST Framework backend and Next.js frontend, secured using HTTP-only cookie JWTs and hosted on a Linux VPS with Nginx, Gunicorn, and PM2.

My Contribution
- Engineered RESTful API endpoints in Django for agenda CRUD operations, date-range filtering, and employee assignment models.
- Implemented secure JWT session authentication storing tokens in HTTP-only cookies to protect credentials on shared office computers.
- Built server-side export modules generating structured PDF and Excel (.xlsx) summary reports with one click.
- Configured the Linux VPS deployment using Nginx reverse proxy, Gunicorn WSGI, and PM2 process management.
